After graduating college and working for years in the short term rental management business Erica noticed the increasing headaches owners were facing caused by constantly changing regulations. After helping multiple owners with permit and tax compliance she realized she could expand this service to others and decided to found Permit Pro with a mission for solving the growing problem of vacation rental compliance.
